I highly doubt it. Itunes seems to only be compatible with their own products.

iTunes will not sync with any product other than Apple's. But, here is a way to transfer files purchased from iTunes to your Zen. First off, you need to remove the protection that Apple adds to the files. This website will give you step-by-step instructions on how to do that: http://www.antidrm.hpg.ig.com.br/#itunesinstructions

Then you can transfer those files using almost any music syncing program. I use Winamp, but Songbird is also a good one to try.
